ImpactWorks, founded by licensed therapist and educator Lucas DeMonte, is a consulting, education, and clinical practice dedicated to advancing equity, wellbeing, and meaningful change.

In addition to providing affirming, trauma-informed therapy to clients, ImpactWorks partners with businesses, universities, nonprofits, and public institutions to offer customized consulting, training, and strategic support.

We believe sustainable change happens when care, accountability, and cultural humility are embedded at every level—from individual healing to organizational practice.

About Lucas (He/Him)

I’m a licensed therapist, educator, and founder of ImpactWorks. As a queer, trans, neurodivergent professional with over a decade of experience in mental health and crisis intervention, DEIB strategy, education, public health, and LGBTQ+ advocacy, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work of transforming systems. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in deep community care.
