Consulting & Interactive Training
ImpactWorks partners with organizations to provide strategic and clinical consulting alongside interactive training experiences. Services support organizations in strengthening DEIB initiatives, conflict resolution, gender-expansive competency, and trauma-informed practice.
Consulting engagements focus on assessment, strategy, and sustainable implementation. Trainings are interactive, skills-based, and grounded in evidence-informed and trauma-responsive frameworks. This work supports organizations seeking meaningful, lasting change beyond performative approaches. Engagements are customized based on organizational needs, scope, and duration.
Our projects
Portfolio Overview
This portfolio highlights representative projects and engagements across consulting, training, and clinical-informed work at ImpactWorks. Each example reflects our commitment to equity, trauma-informed practice, and evidence-based approaches, while honoring client confidentiality. Together, these projects demonstrate the breadth and depth of our services—from DEI strategy and crisis response to clinical consultation and education—and illustrate how theory, peer-reviewed research, lived experience, and clinical expertise are translated into practical strategies that create meaningful, sustainable change.
LGBTQ+ and Disability Part 1
This webinar provides an overview of how to support individuals whose LGBTQ+ identities intersect with disability. The session explores key concepts such as inclusive language, ethical practice standards, intersectionality, and the socio-political factors that influence mental health and clinical work with LGBTQ+ (especially gender expansive) and disabled populations. Participants gain foundational knowledge for culturally responsive engagement and inclusive clinical practice.
